I have been approached by a client who wants me to take over management of their Shopify site, as they are unhappy with the current developer who has locked them into high monthly charges and takes a long time to reply or make changes.
How can my client take control of their store if the current developer will not supply the required credentials or make them the administrator? (Apologies if I have my terminology wrong). Is there some process where we can pull the account from them? The only info I’ve been able to find comes from the angle that the developer is happy to hand the store over (i.e. push the store to a different account)
