how do you change background to whole theme? no-repeated and fixed video background

hi peeps how do you add a video as a bg to the whole store?
I tried some ways but i ended up in either changing bg to each section of the website resulting into a mosaic-type messy look or just changing one section’s bg.
Why the hell is so difficult to do this?
is shopify even designed to handle such type of customization if every section u add has its own bg?
I’m using Streamline premium theme.

Hi @Logicbomb ,

You can use the body to have you background, but you still have to remove background that was on top of the video.

You need to add the video next to the in your theme.liquid

Unfortunately, you need to hire a developer to do this for you since they have to add the video and remove the background for each sections you have.
