How do you create a variant to select one or the other?

Hi,

I am creating a new product but we have two size options, one variant is Children’s sizes and the other is Adult sizes. I’d rather not lump them all together - is there a way to do this so the customer can select either an adult size or the child’s size because at the moment the variants are showing and need to be selected together.

We are encountering this same issue all of a sudden, cannot create “Youth-Small” or so on.
