How Do You Guys Are Tracking Cainiao Orders?

Hey, guys! I really need help here!

I use 17track to track my costumer’s orders and works really well with the ePacket method. But, as you guys know, ePacket is not working right now, so everyone is using Ali Express Standard Shipping.

AliExpress utilizes one partner called Cainiao, and 17track cannot track orders from Cainiao.

Long Story Short Story:

1. how do you guys are sending Cainiao tracking orders for your costumers?

2. Is there any app that integrates with Shopify that does that? 17track does not work with Cainiao, and I think that Aftership does not work as well.

I usually don’t choose a courier company that people are not familiar with, except for business needs, if you want to track the package of CAINIAO, I think ParcelPanel is a good choice, it supports 1000+ couriers worldwide.
