Hello everyone,
I’m fairly new to the E-Commerce world and still exploring tools that can help me with store management. One thing I’ve been struggling with is quickly calculating pricing discounts and profits — like when I want to apply a 15% discount to a product or check what my profit margin is after fees and shipping.

Is there a tool or app inside Shopify that helps with this, or do you use an external tool? I have found one Online Percentage Calculator and it’s been proved super helpful to me for quick math, but I am wonder if there’s something more built-in to Shopify that I’m missing?

If you’re just starting out - I’d suggest to stick with sheets. It gets the job done and is Free :slightly_smiling_face:

If you’re looking for paid tools / you’ve a very large catalogue and things are getting super hard to manage - then I’d suggest you start looking out for other tools like what the other commentors have mentioned.

Personally - we run a store with around 5-10 products and we just stick to using google sheets as that’s the easiest and the most cost effective option out there. It does get you pretty far too - with powerful automation tools like zapier and make / n8n to drive automatic changes using your google sheets as a backend. (all for free too)
