I asked the support team of Shopify if on my website the customer is able
to complete the steps of returning her/his order, just as she/he makes an order,
like “Temu”, most online sales applications. Support answered me: No, it’s not possible,
and the steps must be handled through Admin.
I would like to know how those who have sites on this platform do this?
