The line of customers was growing until the issue was resolved. Here is my question:
Is there a simple, maybe offline solution merchants can use in an emergency when the cloud service is unavailable for whatever reason? How do other merchants handle those situations? This is especially annoying during Christmas time when lots of transactions are being processed and customers have less patience.
