How do you handle sold out products never restocking again?

Curious what everyone does with sold out products that you know you will never stock again? Do you delete them from your product list or do you archive them?

I saw in research that people keep them active, but don’t keep them in navigation or on their collection pages for seo reasons, that people could still come across your product which then brings them to your site, but am torn on what to do!

What do you do!?

We archive them and take them off of all the sales channels and catagories.

If you delete them, be sure to put in redirects so that you don’t get 404’s. (This also keeps your “link juice” alive.
