How do you unlock a frozen store with an active subscription ?

The barrier I am encountering is that Shopify will not send me any authentication texts to my mobile phone for me to complete the task to change my password.

I feel this is a shopify backend issue and shopify support has not helped me to retrieve my store as yet. Can anyone help me find a workable solution to my problem? Thanks in advance.

Upon setting up the 2FA, you will have been asked to save one-time Access Codes. Using one of these codes now will give you immediate access to your account while this issue gets resolved.
