How does adding a second domain in Shopify affect URL display?

I am unclear on how the functionality of a 2nd domain will work.

I have my main domain in Shopify, all is well

If I add a 2nd domain in Shopify when someone enters the 2nd domain’s URL and goes to it, does Shopify show my main domain URL or will Shopify show the 2nd domain as the URL?

This is Kate from PageFly - Landing page builder, I’d like to suggest this idea:

When you add a second domain in Shopify, visitors who enter that domain’s URL will see that domain as the URL in their browser. However, the website content will still be served from your main domain in Shopify. This means that both domains will display the same website content, but visitors can access your website using either domain.

For example, if your main domain is example and you add a second domain, secondary, visitors who enter secondary in their browser will see that domain as the URL, but the website content will still be served from example.
