How does altering brand tab settings impact my pre-set theme?

Does changing Colors and things in the Brand tab affect your set theme? I have a pre built shop and don’t to risk ruining the theme and layout I paid for to have done for me. Overall, I like the result that they gave me I’m just trying to change and edit a couple things, like color and some . wording on shop site and I want to do it correctly without accidentally ruining anything.

Hi @Silryann ,

The color options should have been provided when developing the theme. You can also duplicate the theme and edit the duplicated theme to see.

  • From your Shopify admin dashboard, click on “Online Store” and then “Themes”.
  • Find the theme that you want to edit and click on “Customize”.
  • Go to the section you want to edit and check if there any settings available to change the color or text

Regards your concern, with your case just need to change couple of small things like some text… etc

You should do a small styling code for it. Because if you change the accent color in Theme settings. All color will be changes, because it is global scope.
