Hi! I would like to know how you get the payments to your shopify after completing orders that pay in Cash On Delivery because they dont have to be bought from the merchant first?
do they go to my Skrill account directly? Or do they stay in shopify somewhere?
The payments in case of Cash On Delivery is managed by logistics partner or Shipper.
The customer pays the deliverer or shipper using cash or card. The COD amount is then deposited into the account of the logistics partner or shipper. The logistics company remits the amount to the seller’s account after deducting the handling charges.
