Clarifies how dropshipping applies to custom products (standees, enamel pins, stickers, shirts). Dropshipping = you sell items without holding inventory; a third‑party supplier fulfills orders. For custom goods, this often uses print‑on‑demand (POD), where suppliers print and ship after purchase.
Options outlined:
POD supplier dropshipping for custom/personalized products.
Self‑fulfillment (you order/produce and ship yourself).
Hybrid (mix of POD and self‑fulfillment).
Getting started steps: choose a supplier, select products, and build your storefront. Intro resources and tools shared include Shopify’s dropshipping guide, Syncee Marketplace for sourcing, and a supplier app offering worldwide shipping in 7–15 days.
Personalization workflow highlighted: use a product personalizer app to let customers upload photos, add text, and see live previews; orders can be sent directly to suppliers for fulfillment or exported as print‑ready files for in‑house production. Images in the thread illustrate sticker and shirt customization examples.
Outcome: Informational only; no single solution chosen. Next actions are to evaluate suppliers/POD vs. self‑fulfillment and pick apps that fit the desired customization and shipping needs.

I posted this in the wrong category a few minutes ago so I am posting it here just to make sure that it gets seen by the right people!
Hello I am brand new to shopify and I was looking at a store that i want to buy my product from but I was not sure how dropshipping works or if I could even use them for the stuff I am trying to sell. I currently want to sell things like Standees, Enamel Pins, stickers, Shirts. Things of that nature. I would be buying them from a store that makes customs of those and then I guess where does drop shipping come into play here?
Thanks ahead of time for any answers I will keep scouring the area trying to learn as much as I can.
Welcome to Shopify…I’ll explain few points about Dropshipping.
In Dropshipping you are Drop shipper as well as owner of your store, Means you are just selling suppliers products in your store after suppliers will send to your customer this process called as Dropshipping.
How to start Dropshipping?
→ Select a supplier. → Choose your required products. → Design website to sell products.
In app store you can find “Tuecus Global Dropshipping”. It provides worldwide shipping with 7 to 15 days delivery time with trustworthy of your brand.
It can be a bit confusing when you’re just starting out, so let me break it down for you.
Dropshipping basically means you sell products on your store, but a third-party supplier handles the printing, packing, and shipping directly to your customer. You never touch the inventory; you just forward the orders.
For custom products like standees, stickers, shirts, there are a few routes you can take:
Dropshipping with a print-on-demand (POD) supplier: they print and ship for you
Self-fulfillment: you order the products yourself, print them, and ship to customers
Hybrid: mix of both
Instead of buying custom products from another store and reselling them, you could offer personalized products where customers upload their own photos or customize text, images, etc. directly on your store. This makes customers more engaged and willing to buy!
For example:
Stickers: customers upload their pet photo or artwork to create custom stickers
