How does payment and shipping work with Zendrop?

Hi I’m new to shopify and i would like know how does the payment and shipping work?

Does the supplier receives the money directly when customer pays and the supplier ships the product?

Or how does it work? I’m using Zendrop for the products

Congratulations on starting your new store! While each fulfillment process may vary, it’s advisable to consult the suppliers’ documentation for more details. For instance, once a sale is made, Zendrop takes care of 100% of the product fulfillment on your behalf. You can find more information about Zendrop’s fulfillment process here. Here’s a summary of the steps involved:

  1. After an order is placed, Zendrop’s suppliers verify the availability of necessary data. If any information is missing, a notification is sent to request the required details, which are instantly imported from the online store.
  2. Once the data is confirmed, the suppliers’ purchasing teams initiate the fulfillment process.
  3. At the supplier’s warehouse, the products are carefully packaged, processed, and shipped. Subsequently, tracking numbers are generated and shared with Shopify and customers.

Also feel free to refer to The General Checklist is a great tool that will ensure that you have your Shopify store all set up and ready for customers to make purchases on. In other words, having a finished product, that includes having your media, shipping and check out all in working order.

ok thank you and also how about return and refund? will the products returned directly to the supplier and the amount will be refunded?
