Hi! I am having a little trouble understanding how the money flows when using Zendrop to dropship. The only option to enter money is a credit card but I think that is only for paying for a subscription plan. Therefore does Zendrop just automatically take the money due out of my Shopify order somehow?

Great question. When you’re using Zendrop, there are 2 fulfillment options. You can actually auto-fulfill or manually fulfill. With the auto-fulfill option, it will use the card you’ve saved for the shop. For manual, you will need to enter your payment information. You can reach out to their support team as well to double-check that you’ve fulfilled that order correctly.

Hey there, sorry but i signed up for zendrop, nnot the upgraded version, but i came to check on my card account login a 53$ charge, why is that? i didnt even pay for anything. The thing is if i got the upgraded version or had access to something exclusive i would not mind it. But why did i get charged for something without my consent?
