How does retrieve the file(store images/files) resources?

Hi Everyone ,

i hope anyone have answer of my question ,
do you knows any Api’s which retrieve the file resources from : Admin/setting/files ?

because i moving Shopify one store to another Shopify store all the products images imported fine except customization images which stored on this resource Admin/setting/files.
