Yes, because your chat support told me Stripe collected these fees, I
contacted Stripe directly and their reply was that Shopify fee is keeping
the fee and it is not Stripe. The customer requested that we cancel the
order, it was not me. I cancel an order on any other platform and the fees
are cancelled / reversed right along with the transaction. How much does
Shopify make off of this shady activity?
