If you wish to proceed with a triennial Basic plan, then that’s the amount you need to settle on January 31st. That covers your subscription for the next 3 years. If the triennial plan was selected unintentionally and you want to downgrade to the $29 monthly Basic plan, we’ll need to access your account and forward a request for this to our Billing Team.
