You can simply create a variant for each deal and disable the quantity selector from your product page.

Alternatively, you can refer to these bulk discount apps:

You can add bulk deals to your dropshipping shop same as in the picture by using the iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell app.
But the deals will appear on the Cart instead of the product page. If this is something you like to try in your store this app is the best fit. Check out the details here.
