1. Optimize Hero banner
With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. At my first view of your website, the hero banner is cut off and not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products (your attached image in the post but not cut) with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
Therefore, it would be solved with your addition of a brief introduction of your brand, along with Hero Banner: Your life companion with favorable health programs and fitness merchandise.
2. Enable Homepage video to automatically run
I notice that there is a video on your Homepage which can engage customers greatly. However, the need to click on the video would demotivate them to watch. Therefore it would be better to let the video automatically run.
3. Complete your Product page
There is still a bit insufficient information about each product, so add more images and detailed descriptions: materials, usage, size, etc. Also, create a dedicated “Customer Experience” section below the product description, with clear spacing and a distinctive background or border color, as vintage is related a lot to customer experience.
4. Separate About us section to highlight your Brand Story
I noticed that you introduce your brand briefly on Homepage which let customers understand your brand more. However, as it contributes greatly to your brand identity, I recommend you create a separate page for About us with better word layout, word blocking, image illustrations, etc.
Also, you could separate the Value proposition to even differentiate your brand.
5. Refine the live chat widget and Contact us page
I can see that your website already has a live chat widget feature and contact us page to allow customers to contact you immediately. But it can be optimized more with more redirect buttons and FAQs in the widget, and more attractive design of Contact us to motivate customers to fill in.
