HOW? How to delete my account without store? How to contact costumer service before opening a store? I am getting frustrated with the company even before I can do any business!!! Why is this so unnecessarily complicated.
I just wanted to ask specific questions before getting involved with shopify. I need to know these things otherwise it does not make sense to open a store at all. So to even use the Contact platform I need to make an account. Ok I made an account, then they tell me I need to open a store to speak with costumer support. WTF. I just need to ask some questions beforehand and there is no-one to reach. Now I can not even delete my account without having a store first??? WHHHHHYYYYYY do they make it such a pain in the ass to get involved with them???
Please someone help with this.
