From my understanding, you are looking to change the language of this pop up. Are you able to confirm if you are using an app from the Shopify App Store for this feature? If so, feel free to share the name of the app and I can take a closer look at how to translate the text. On the other hand, if this feature is built into your theme, you can also share the theme name and I can take a closer look.

Thank you for providing the name of your theme. The Dawn theme is definitely an awesome choice! Although, this theme does not offer a pop-up feature directly out of the box. You would typically need to manually add the code to your theme file, or use a third party application to render that pop up. Have you made any changes to your theme code recently?
If not, kindly head over to your Shopify Admin, and click on the Apps section. You will see a list of apps. Browse through them and see if you can locate the one that offers pop ups. From there, I will be able to take a closer look and continue to troubleshoot.
