home page in shopify?
I’m pretty sure that there’s no built-in random ordering for products. The reasons are probably because it’s impossible to cache pages which differ on every view, and also because it would be near-impossible to paginate random results. If you have a small, unpaginated set of products that must be randomized, you could create a collection and then use javascript to shuffle the products within that collection after the page has loaded. Visitors might see a flash of content moving while that happens and hiding that flash could be a little tricky. That would be a pretty hacky solution.
