hey @selenaire you did such a great job but i think so you can do much more better and attractive feel free to share it this is my honest review
hope you like it

Hi @selenaire

From the first topic you created and the feedback you got, what changes have you made and how those worked for you?

On mobile you have so many things going on it makes me dizzy and irritated, like it was made for children. Wavy lines, sliders, rotating images, auto scroll carousels, scrolling marquees… And it’s not a pretty sight to me. Your store fits the saying “Sometimes less is more” perfectly.

Not everything needs to be on “sale”. I see this all the time with new stores. Sales are temporary. Product cards on collection pages are huge, each one takes up the whole screen almost.

Hi @selenaire

Here are a few things that you could work on:

Navigation

Under brands, you have some brands listed twice. there’s no need for this.

You have a skincare tab, if all your products are related to skincare, a skincare tab makes no sense. Besides that, this tab has far too many collections under it.

Mystery Boxes
You have a survey asking people about their skin and their goals. Then, you sell a mystery box based on these categories of goals. Can’t I just buy the products myself? Instead of hoping the mystery box has the right products?

Collections

When I go to a collection page, there’s no buy now button. I should be able to add a product to my cart from a collection page.

Free Shipping Bar

You have a free shipping progress bar. But its barely visible. You should try one that stand out more , like, X Away From Free Shipping that will stand out more.

Hey @selenaire

Your SEO needs hard work. Korean skincare is a massively competitive category with huge search volume. People searching “Korean skincare routine” or “K-beauty products” or specific product types should be finding you organically. Without proper SEO, you’re invisible to all that free targeted traffic. Optimize your product titles, descriptions, meta tags, blog content about skincare routines, everything. This is critical for long-term success.

Your cart has a slider setup, but you’re not using it to maximize what people spend or help them build skincare routines. Add a progress bar showing how close they are to free shipping or a discount. Skincare shoppers almost always need multiple products to complete a routine, cleanser and toner and serum and moisturizer. When they see they’re close to hitting a threshold, they’ll add another step to their routine.

Show complementary products in that cart. This is especially important for Korean skincare because people often don’t know what products work together or what order to use them. Someone adds a cleanser, show them a matching toner or essence from the same line. Someone grabs a serum, suggest the moisturizer that pairs with it. Help them build complete K-beauty routines right there in the cart without having to research which products coordinate.

Don’t install separate apps for cart features. Something like iCart handles all your cart customization like progress bar, upsells (product recommendation), bundles, discounts, and more in one place, affordable and effective.

Korean skincare customers are educated and want detailed information. Make sure your product descriptions explain what each product does, where it fits in a routine, what skin types it’s for, key ingredients and their benefits, texture and scent, everything. If that information isn’t comprehensive, people won’t buy because they don’t understand how to use it.

Show before and after results if possible. Skincare is all about visible transformation. Customer photos and testimonials with results build trust and prove your products work.

Consider creating educational content about Korean skincare routines, the 10-step process, how to layer products, ingredient education. This content drives SEO traffic and establishes you as an authority, which builds trust for sales.

Fix your SEO immediately, optimize that cart with progress bar and routine-building product recommendations, ensure product pages have extensive educational information, and create content that attracts organic search traffic. Korean skincare has huge potential, but you need these fundamentals working to capture it.
