How is this currency/country selector popping up on theme previews?

Hi all,

I was perusing themes today, and I noticed preview themes are popping up a nice country/currency modal window, but I can’t work out where it’s coming from - is an app doing this or is it Shopify Plus? For reference:

That pop-up you mentioned is made by an app called Geolocation that was developed by Shopify.
