so I need to know how long it takes for your payments and payouts can be on hold for I been waiting for over 3 months and don’t know who to contact i need help i just got in new orders and I’m pretty new to this

With it comes to billing matters and payouts being on hold, we always refer you to any red banners in your admin as this will indicate on how best to resolve this matter. If it is instructing you to reach out to our live support team, please use this link to do so.
Once they verify your credentials, they can open up back end information and look deeper into this issue. Once they do, they will be able to inform you on what you need to do to lift this hold on your payouts.
