Same problem. I’ve been researching my market for the last 2-3 months, finally found my products and took 2 weeks off to build out the demo store. Shortly after signing up Shopify suspended the account without notifying me. A few days later I received an email asking for more information so I provided them with copy’s of my LLC formation certification, articles of incorporation, operating agreement, passport, bank statements and everything they could need. It’s now been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word from them.
I love the Shopify themes but I’m seriously considering moving over to a different platform now. There’s just no customer service here and it’s been a complete waste of my time.
