How long does it take to get feedback from a business operator about payment verification?

I have contacted Shopify support for a feedback from Shopify business operator to help correct an error on my Shopify payment payout verification and I haven’t gotten a feedback from them for the past 20days now

Please how many days do I have to wait to get a feedback from Shopify business operator?

I really don’t want to wait in vein

In the meantime however, I recommend reaching out to our live support team and creating a new ticket to get fresh eyes on this matter and see how that conversation goes. I also suggest replying to your ongoing ticket with our team to ask for an update about the matter or for further clarification on what is happening.

I’m being told a ticket have been created for me a number of times but still no feedback from the business operator after reaching out to live support team multiple times too

It is actually taking quite some time, i need to get my business up and going

I hear and feel your frustrations about this matter but at this time, all we can do is refer you to our internal team as we do not have access to any such information over social channels and it appears we are being recommended to wait for a response from their side.

Again, I understand the urgency of this matter but we most definitely appreciate your patience and understanding about our internal processes here at Shopify.

I reached out to the live support teams one more time and I was able to get the store payment payout reprovision by the taxes and payment teams.
