I have been incorrectly billed. I have flagged this with shopify support and they said they have escalated it to the billing team to fix it. It’s been one week now and I’ve heard nothing back. I’m concerned my store will be frozen because my bank blocked the transaction. I just want to know how long it takes for the billing my team to adjust my bill so that I can pay it and avoid any delays to my store. Please help.
