Note: transaction didn’t reflect on my website when I purchased (demo) a product on my website.

Depending on the payment gateway you’re using, the time it takes for money to be transferred from the transaction to your payout account will differ. In PayPal’s case, PayPal can be quick, but may take a bit of time to review the transaction before providing you the funds directly, for example.
However, with the information you’ve provided in your post, it sounds like the order you placed didn’t actually complete as expected. I have a few things I’d like you to look into for me, just to verify if things happened as they should.
- Please check the ‘Orders’ section of your Admin to see if there are any orders visible there. If there are none, this suggests that the order didn’t complete as expected. Please, let me know if you see nothing here when checking that section. A screenshot would be wonderful.
- If you see no orders there, it would be best to check your ‘Abandoned Carts’ section of your admin to see if you can find your attempted order. You can find this section by logging into your store, clicking ‘Orders’ on the left menu, and then clicking ‘Abandoned Carts’ underneath ‘Orders’. If the order is there, you should be able to click into it, and look for any errors that may suggest why the order didn’t go through.
To be proactive, part of me is thinking that your PayPal Gateway may not be set up as required. We’ll want to make sure we have this gateway set up entirely before. Please follow the outlined steps below to see the status of your PayPal gateway set up to determine if there are any extra steps that need to be taken:

Login to your Store Admin

Click on ‘Settings’ > ‘Payments’

Scroll down and you should see a section titled ‘Additional Payment Methods’. You should see PayPal within here. Check under the word ‘Status’ to see if things are set up as needed. If it says ‘setup incomplete’ (similar to the screenshot I’ve posted below), then you’ll need to continue setting things up before being able to take payments with PayPal.
Please, take some time to check out all of the information I’ve provided here, and follow up with me when you can. I’ll keep my eyes peeled for your reply so we can dig deeper into things here and continue to troubleshoot any issues you’re experiencing.
My PayPal has already verified as you can see but once I made the transaction of a test order (real money) deducted from my bank account then the money go back to my bank account again ( refused to make the order.. money reverse on the same time when purchasing the order )
What should I do to solve this problem, please?

Based on the text notification you received, I do wonder if the order timeline (find-able within your Admin either on the ‘Orders’ page or the ‘Abandoned Carts’ page) will let us know if there were any specific errors that popped up.
Please, if you can, try the following steps (the most important being the steps for ‘Abandoned Carts’) and see if you can find any specific error messages listed in the order timelines:
- Login to your Store Admin
- Select ‘Orders’ from the left hand menu and see if the order is there
- If the order isn’t there, please click ‘Abandoned Checkouts’ that appears under ‘Orders’ on the left hand menu
- Click into your order and check the order timeline that appears at the bottom of the page to see if you have any messaging with red letters.
Check these areas out and get back to me once you have. I’ll keep watch for your reply!
