How long does it typically take to upgrade to Shopify Plus?

Hi all.

I’ve requested Shopfy PLUS upgrade via form but after about 10 days Ive been not contacted.

I then followed the link to upgrade directly to PLUS (after I changed USD as payment currency in the control panel).

I’ve talked with 3 different helpdesk guys but till now no one get back to me.

How many weeks normally have to pass before be able to upgrade to Plus Plan?
