Hey, Shopify these days asked me for my documents, and I sent I was wondering how long does it takes to shopify to approve it ?
If I’m remembering correctly, they usually look at these within 48 hours.
Maybe a Shopify staff member can post on here to confirm though? @Shopify_77

I cannot give you an exact timeline for this, as I have no access to your account details here via the Community Forums. Do you currently have any banners in your store’s admin requesting you to upload documents? If so, I would advise submitting the relevant documents as soon as possible.

No I do not have any Banners I submitted all the requested documents last thursday all the payouts are still pending am reaching out to support advisor basically every day and they are saying the same thing will send a ticket to the finance team and that’s it am really worried that they will hold the money as I have read terrible reviews about shopify service and I need the money to buy the shipping lables am feeling so down
Its the same for me that happend to me today they did not hold anything they literally closed and terminated my account because i violated the section 7 which it doesn’t make any sense because i did not do anything wrong or illegal and i literally got my first 3 sales waiting for the payout so i can ship the items but they literally closed my account and i actually have everything my vat and a lot more and they closed and i will see what will happen or what they are going to answer and to do about the documents they asked for and i actually have everything but i still think they do it just for fun when u start to get ur first sale its their time to see and close your shop or stop something just to make sure that you will not be able to have fun and get money literally paying 36 ib a month for a long time and they literally closed my account the day i got my first sales crazy shopify support
