If this is my first time using shopify how long is actually the free trial?

When you sign up for a free trial with Shopify, you will get a 3-day free trial period. After the trial period ends, you can opt for an extended trial of $1/month for 3 months on the Starter, Basic, Shopify, or Advanced plan. This extended trial offer is also available if you choose annual billing on any of these plans. For more information, check out our plans and pricing page for full details.

So after 3 days free trial if I pay 1 dollar do I get 3 whole months of shopify?

Once the 3-day trial has ended, you will be required to select a paid plan to continue your store.

When you proceed to the pick a plan page, you will be able to select either the Starter, Basic, Shopify or Advanced plans for $1 USD/month for 3 months.

After the three months expire do I have to pay more?

After the 3-month period expires, you will be required to pay the full price of your selected plan as normal. You can check out our Shopify Pricing page to see the pricing of each plan.

Shopify has 3 days free trial with no credit card, then $1 per month for 3 months. After that as usual pricing as chosen plans.

Its 3 days free trial. From then 1$ per month for first 3 months.
