How many devices can have the POS app on it?

The POS app is free, and you can add it to as many devices as needed (supported devices listed here).
Are you selling at a popup shop or market, or do you have a brick and mortar store? I’d love to hear a bit about your setup and what you’re selling. Let me know if you have any other questions about getting set up with Shopify POS!
It is a brick and mortar store. We have the POS currently on 5 devices (2 iPads & 3 employee phones) and when we try to add it to another it does not let us.
Thanks for sharing that additional information with me. I’m going to check in with our Retail Support team about this. Is there an error message coming up when you try to add the POS app to another device?
