I was wondering how many DMCA notices can a Shopify account take before being Taken Down?
Also If the account submits a Counter DMCA and prooves right, will the filed DMCA notice be removed?
I am worried because I have received 2 fake DMCA notices from a competitor and I wonder if I have 1 shot left before he takes down my account, or this data gets reset and I will still have 3 shots?
Any help would be appreciayted

@Kimi_2 I contacted them with multiple emails asking one simple question:
How many times can a website receive DMCA notices before getting a permanent takedown?
I never received an answer of this question from the Legal team. Please let me know
