I am curious how many others got files deleted “accidentally” and “all” you have to do is… (insert long instructions here.)
How is it they can do this without compensating us for their mistake, costing us time?

I understand how to replace my files, but shouldn’t have to! I am not familiar with a backup app, please send more information on this.
As for other platforms not taking responsibility, that’s not entirely true. I use a comment app and they had glitched once, sending multiple emails. They apologized and credited my account for my troubles. The trouble extra emails caused was not equal to my files being deleted.
