Each Shopify store can only integrate one payment gateway into their account. Many plus accounts will have more than one store, which means they can have a different payment gateway per store if necessary.
In addition to the primary credit card processor, stores can enable alternate checkout methods that do not require a credit card.
Note:
There are also several ways for customers to pay online without using a credit card, like PayPal, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. You might also want to accept additional methods of payment like cryptocurrency.
