Hi I’m just starting drop shipping for the first time and i was wondering what type of people/ who should I have in my team. I was thinking someone for the media to advertise the product, someone to take photos of the product (photographer) to use for the website and a person who looks for new and upcoming products on the market. I have got a few friends in mind but can someone let me know if I am missing some roles or tell me what people I need too have to make my business successful.
