Hello, one of my domains is running out in a few days, and I can’t find the yearly price for my domain anywhere. It’s a .com domain and when I signed up it was with the standard $11/year or $13/year or something, but I want to make sure the number is correct so I don’t get any unexpected bills.
The cost of your domain renewal will be displayed in the Auto-renew section of your Domain page in your admin. You can find it by going to ‘Settings > Domains > Manage’. It will look like this:
Oh, that was easier than expected, the box was unticked and I didn’t think about ticking it yesterday because I was still unsure due to the price. After ticking the box now, the price is stated just like in your picture.
My pleasure, @TeeraH ! I’m glad we were able to figure it out for you so quickly.
FYI, allowing your domain to auto-renew can save time and prevent any interruptions for when your renewal date arrives. If the box is ticked, it obviously automatically renews. If the box is not ticked, the domain would disconnect, and you’d need to contact support to have a Support Advisor manually renew and reconnect it for you.
