How much does it cost for someone to set up purchase value tracking on Facebook, Google Adwords

I have someone trying to set up my purchase value tracking on Facebook and Google Adwords using Google Tag Manager. 4 weeks in and he still cannot figure out why it’s not working.

Does anyone here offer this service and if so how much and how quickly could it be done?

I uses this Google & YouTube app, for google analytics and it adds the google tag automatically to your website. Regarding the Facebook or meta settings, you can follow the instructions here. Sorry, just an opinion and my preference, but I not comfortable giving people access to our Google ads or Facebook.
