Just to confirm, we don’t get notified when previously unpublished reviews are published, right?So, to track new reviews, we’ll need to manually check the App Store and identify which ones have been published recently.Also, it looks like some of our reviews from May were only published now so is this kind of delay normal?

Shopify manually or automatically reviews app reviews before publishing them to ensure they comply with their content guidelines (no spam, profanity, fake content, etc.).
Within a few hours to 48 hours.
Weekends or holidays may take longer.
If flagged for manual review, it can take up to 2–3 business days.
