How soon can I expect a response after removing trademarked products?

I received an email about removing trademarked products by today and I did! It’s been HOURS since I got a response. This has been a big inconvenience for me as my daughter birthday is in just a few days & I have no access to the money I’ve made to buy anything for her. This is beyond me!
