I have three needs. First, I cannot find where to call or chat with anyone to save my life. Secondly, I have my bookkeeper access to reports. She wants to be able To record all sales and expenses. It doesn’t seem like the “reporting” access gives her shipping details.
What’s the easiest way to understand sales and shipping charges?

In regard to shipping and reporting, what type of report is your accountant looking for, are they looking for a report which outlines all sales and expenses pertaining to Shipping? Is that correct? The more information you can give me the better.
