Hello, I recently transferred my website and domain out of Shopify to another host. However before deactivating the store I updated DNS to enable website domain transfer, but I forgot to change the DNS records for email. How can I access the DNS manager settings again without having to pay for new subscription with Shopify?

In order for us to take a look into the store in question, we will need to verify you as the store owner. In this case, it would be best and more secure to attempt to login to your online store using the Contact Us page.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the domain.
