I created an account and 2 days later Shopify deactivated. I was like ok, I’ll try again. I created an account this time I made sure to pick a plan, i bought a domain and set up shopify pay. 2 days later shopify deactivated my account. I want my domain to use on another site. I paid for it and it’s on auto renewal and I have no access to it. How do I get it?

Hi Benjam,
Even if your account is deactivated, you still retain ownership of your domain if you purchased it through Shopify.
The best way forward is really to go to Shopify Support and request to speak with an agent.
Have your domain name and proof of payment ready. You can also check your email if you have any login credentials or transfer instructions given when you bought the domain or after your store as been deactivated. Good luck!
