Good day everyone, i am trying to access some older topics i started here from my profile but the last date of the topic i can access is 07-17-2021 01:53 PM

Thanks for your question and I appreciate the screenshot. It’s helpful.
I took a look at your profile and did some digging, I can see that you should be able to access other pages in your profile to access older replies. Here is a screenshot of what this looks like:
At the top of your profile underneath your profile badges, you will see some page numbers. If you click on these page numbers, you should see links to your older replies and topics.
To access your profile, click on your profile photo on the top right corner of the Shopify Community, then click on “My Profile” and you will see a list of all the topics you’ve replied to or started.
Is there a specific date you would like to access? I can check from my end if I can find the topic for you.

Lmao no, i even called support about this, you can write an email to shopify and they will send you all your History. Alternaticely i had all the messages that i have recieved sent to my email so i kinda have everything documented there.

I spoke with the team who manages the Shopify Community and we recommend trying Incognito mode on your web browser, and clearing your cache. Then viewing your profile again by clicking on your profile photo in the Shopify Community, and then clicking on “My Profile”.
Once you are on your profile page, you will be able to see a drop-down menu with some options to see topics you’ve participated in, your latest contributions and any archived contributions.
