Just to gather some additional context, have you connected your online store to other Sales Channels that may be available for you? For example, if you Set up Facebook and Instagram this can help you reach a larger audience.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to take a look. I noticed that the online store is not completed at the moment, I would suggest navigating to the Theme Editor by selecting Online store > Customize to make the online store homepage more personalized and engaging.
I took a screenshot from my test store of the section I am referring to:
Once you are customizing your theme, you can add images to the slideshow of your products. It is important to add images and remove the placeholder text on the sections displayed on the online store homepage. If you visitors see that the online store is missing images they may turn away from making a purchase.
