Can someone please help me on how to activate international market again when deleted by mistake? I have tried several methods but it keeps asking to “Add Rate” to activate international market. How am I supposed to enter one rate for multiple countries? Doesn’t make sense. When I click on “use apps or carrier to calculate exchange rate automatically” it shows no apps or carrier in selected zone. I’m stuck and unable to proceed further with the store optimization. I’m new to this store. Please recommend app which is free to use or advise any solution. Thanks.
