How to activate store which has not been active for a year

Reactivating a store that hasn’t been active for about a year requires access as the Account Owner. The first step is to log in normally with the previous credentials. If there are any outstanding charges, they must be paid before the store can reopen. If the store was closed, a new plan must be selected to reactivate it; if it was only frozen, paying any overdue bills should be enough to restore access and reopen the store.

If you want to reactivate your store, you’ll need to be the Account Owner and if you are, the first step is to log in as normal like you did before. If there are any outstanding charges they’ll need to be paid before the store can open again.
If your store was closed, you will need to pick a plan but if your store was only frozen you’ll just need to make sure any outstanding bills are paid up and you will be good to go when they are!
