Are you able to share a screenshot when you attempt to activate two-step authentication?
As @Moeed has mentioned, clearing your cache and cookies may help with local browser issues. I’d like to share some additional local troubleshooting methods below.
- Try using the Shopify Mobile app.
- Using a different browser.
- Try an incognito or private window.
If you’ve exhausted all troubleshooting methods above with no success, I recommend contacting our support via the Shopify Help Center so we can further investigate.
